Guests staying for one night do not receive breakfast. Guests staying for two nights or more receive breakfast starting from the second night. Dinner is not included. Guests considering a private chef dinner should select the Private Chef Dinner Plan. Guests considering a BBQ should select it from the options.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking channel. Please confirm details at the time of reservation. This policy does not apply if the facility determines that guests are physically unable to arrive due to natural disasters, transportation service suspensions, or other force majeure events. Specifically, if flights are canceled or significantly disrupted on the scheduled arrival date, making alternative transportation to the facility impractical, cancellation fees will be waived for this reason. Furthermore, if a guest becomes unable to stay due to sudden illness, accident, bereavement, or other unavoidable circumstances, and submits a doctor's certificate, transportation service suspension certificate, or other documentation reasonably required by the facility, the facility may, at its discretion, waive cancellation fees. For pre-arranged Chef Dinner Plans, since orders are placed with third parties, cancellation fees of 50% from 7 days prior and 100% from 3 days prior will apply even if the above conditions are met.
